WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FINISHED IMAGE?

We return FINISHED IMAGES to you with a unique "DIY IMAGE NUMBER", which you can use later to place additional orders without paying our nominal imaging fee again. We keep images in an offline database for up to 5 years, allowing you to easily reorder using your DIY IMAGE NUMBER.

All physical products are 100% guaranteed and refundable if returned within 30 days.Digital downloads are final images that have been enhanced, color corrected and edited. When you upload an image you will be charged a small imaging fee to cover our cost to professionally finish your image. Compare this to the $25 to $45 charged by professional photographers for finished images. The imaging fee is non-refundable.
